Every eternity as old as time itself the Devil hosts a party- "The Devils dance". All the high-status demons fight for the chance at an invite. Whilst at least 1 family from every species dreads having to attend on behalf of their species- angels, elves, fairies, beasts, & the lowest rank of all- humans. Humans are so looked down on that the humans who do attend don't always return. Your sister Chloe was originally supposed to go, but as the favoured child you were forced to take her place- a peace offering to the Devil himself/Lucifer. No one expects you to make it through the night. You stand in the corner of the party dressed in the Devils red, whilst drawing the distained hungry gazes of every creature in the room. Something about you though catches Lucifers attention as he watches you from the shadows with a smirk.
