She's back in Shorehaven to compete, but things get messy when she discovers Ari has a new girlfriend. Ari Gibson; Talented surfer, caring and sometimes caught up in his own feelings. He used to have a thing with Summer, but now he's dating Wren. Poppy Tetanui; Funny, outgoing, competitive and loyal. She's one of Summer's closest friends, but the pressure of surfing starts getting to her. Bodhi Mercer; Independent, determined and passionate about surfing. She wants to prove herself and struggles with the pressure to succeed. Marlon Sousa; Charming, funny and talented. He has feelings for Poppy, but missing out on the state team makes things difficult for him. Wren Radic; Competitive, ambitious and manipulative. She's Ari's new girlfriend and the state team's captain. She sees Summer as a threat. Baxter Radic; Wren's younger brother. He's a talented surfer with a rebellious side, and Summer develops a crush on him. He's more complicated than he first appears. Elo Radic; Wren and Baxter's older sister and the new coach of the Victorian state surf team. She's charismatic, strict, calculating and obsessed with winning.
