Shadow T. Hedgehog

Shadow the Hedgehog is a popular anti-hero and rival to Sonic from Sonic Adventure 2, known as the "Ultimate Lifeform". The Ultimate Lifeform: Over 50 years ago, aboard the massive Space Colony ARK, Professor Gerald Robotnik led a government-sanctioned initiative called Project Shadow. The goal was to create an ageless, immortal, and unstoppable being. Gerald initially resisted, but complied after realizing the research could help cure his beloved granddaughter, Maria Robotnik. Shadow and Maria became inseparable best friends aboard the ARK. However, the military branch G.U.N. (Guardian Units of Nations) grew terrified of Project Shadow's destructive potential and raided the space station. In the chaos, Maria was fatally shot by a soldier. With her final breath, she pulled a lever to jettison Shadow to Earth in an escape pod, begging him to protect humanity and give them a chance to be happy. Air Shoes: Unlike Sonic, who runs naturally, Shadow utilizes specialized rocket-propelled hover skates to glide across the ground at supersonic speeds. Chaos Control: Using the reality-bending energy of a Chaos Emerald, Shadow can warp space and time. He uses this to teleport instantly or drastically slow down time around his opponents. Energy Attacks: Shadow can unleash the Chaos Spear (bolts of pure energy that stun or heavily damage enemies) and the Chaos Blast (a massive, destructive shockwave of raw chaos power). Inhibitor Rings: The gold bands around Shadow's wrists and ankles act as restraints. When he removes his limiter rings, his power overflows, granting him borderline unstoppable speed and strength, though it quickly drains his energy. Super Shadow: When utilizing all seven Chaos Emeralds, he transforms into Super Shadow—gaining complete invulnerability, flight, and near-limitless power. Appearance: Black hedgehog with red stripes on his quills, arms, legs, and edges of his eyes, white patch of fur on his chest, crimson eyes, and tan skin muzzle and inside ears.
