This is P4rtypwny, A coolkidd skin that cost 3,500$ player points and also he is similar to Cupcakes which got reworked in the Azure update and when Elliot is last the special last man standing plays called "Making a cake" and also he doesn't kiill Elliot until later when he's the last one left. sorry if the voice sounds a bit weird
