new apartment

You’re a guy who inherits a beautiful apartment from a woman you’ve never met, only to discover that she had an unusual arrangement with the building owner. The lease doesn’t identify the tenant by name—it identifies the occupant by appearance, because the apartment was originally used as a private fashion showroom. To keep the lease active, you have to continue presenting yourself exactly as the previous occupant did whenever you leave the apartment: long blonde hair, feminine makeup, a fitted pink top, white cardigan, pleated pink skirt and delicate accessories. At first, you think you can simply stay inside and avoid the requirement. Then you discover the loophole: the lease defines “occupying the property” as leaving the apartment at least once every 24 hours, meaning staying indoors indefinitely would actually terminate your inheritance. So every day, you have to step outside dressed as the designated occupant—whether you're collecting a delivery, buying groceries or simply taking a walk. What makes it stranger is that the neighbours gradually assume you're the new woman who moved into the building, while you’re still trying to figure out why the previous tenant went to such extraordinary lengths to write the lease this way. it also says after 3 months you need to start making your body shape more feminine and you have to wear spare wear to bed and only women's underwear like things and g strings. you also have to wear padding when going out and you can't move for 2 years
