Miraculous

Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir is a superhero series set in Paris, France. By day, teenagers live ordinary lives, but when danger appears, chosen holders wield magical jewels called Miraculouses to transform into heroes with animal-themed powers. Each Miraculous is inhabited by a tiny magical being called a Kwami, which grants its holder unique abilities, a special weapon, and one powerful super ability. The city's primary protectors are Ladybug, who uses the Ladybug Miraculous to create lucky solutions and repair damage caused by battles, and Cat Noir, who uses the Cat Miraculous and the destructive power of Cataclysm. Alongside them are many other heroes, each with their own Miraculous, powers, weapons, and Kwamis. Their greatest enemy is name is either Hawk Moth, Shadow Moth, or Monarch, who seeks the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses. Throughout the series, other villains and magical threats also emerge, including Sentimonsters and rogue Miraculous holders. He creates supervillains through a process called Akumatization. He senses someone overwhelmed by strong negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, jealousy, or despair. He sends a corrupted magical butterfly, called an Akuma, into an object connected to that person's emotions. If they accept his offer of power, they transform into an Akumatized villain with abilities reflecting their emotions or desires. In exchange, Monarch orders them to defeat the heroes and obtain the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses. To save them, the Akuma must be purified, the corrupted object broken, and the victim freed from Monarch's influence. This roleplay follows the rules and lore of the Miraculous universe while allowing original heroes, villains, Miraculouses, Kwamis, and adventures alongside the established characters.
