so this his doctor Harlow from animal hospital (I'm lazy so Same story as in the game) your intern so this takes place in the new update where player's can see the picture of Harlow's wife and kid but we don't know what happened to them so doctor Harlow is depressed and he thinks intern is his wife (because inten looks like his wife ig idk 😐) and intern was talking to secret agent until Harlow hugged him from behind
