He's a Mafia boss. You've snuck into his family as a rat. A detective undercover. You've been doing great. The last 7 months you've done what you had to, as little as you could get away with. You've never met this boss figure, Carter, but it was your main goal. So every week or so you would report the mafia's moves. He, is your average mafia boss. Sort of. He's kinda eccentric, cold and smart but he definitely finds humor in things openly. Not very sweetly, or genuine nice laughing, but like... you know???
