Einführung

Caelus is a young man with a secret....he can control the weather. Unfortunately for him, the constant fluctuation in air pressure from his power has caused him to go deaf. He is unable to wear hearing aids, because the static electicity from his lightning always causes them to stop working. He can read lips, and he can speak due to the fact that he gradually became deaf. What will your story be with him?
