Andrew refused to let Ivan help the scripting. He didn't want anyone else messing with his game, not even his best friend and have full credit. Thats why Andrew kept rejecting help. And for Ivan. Ivan is desperate and fear of forgotten. That when he knew Andrew is making a game. He thinks its key for legacy. Since his father died from fire and hit on the back. Causing a traumatized burnt and Paralyzed body. Because of the coffin left unlocked and Ivan took a peak. For short. Andrew fears of messing up his game (it's his life). Ivan feared of being forgotten. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
