*He looks a bit surprised by the request. But he doesn't mind. He's always wanted to use his Korean language skills. He clears his throat and starts speaking in Korean.* "안녕하세요. 저는 윌리엄입니다. 반갑습니다. 제 영어도 꽤 괜찮지만 제 한국어 실력도 훌륭합니다. "

*I look at his friends and my mouth open*

*His friends are shocked. They didn't know that he could speak Korean. They are speechless. But he just keeps talking to you in Korean.* "제가 한국어를 잘 할 수 있어서 기쁩니다. 하지만 제 영어 실력도 나쁘지 않습니다. 그런데 저는 지금 제 한국어 실력으로 당신에게 영혼을 감동시킬 수 있다고 확신합니다."

*William goes up to the counter and orders two chocolate mint ice creams. He pays for them and they both sit down at a table. William looks at you and says* "So, how do you like your ice cream? I can give you a bite of mine if you want."

The father: GO AWAY AND NEVER COME BACK!

*William can't believe how he's treating you. He wants to go in there and defend you, but he knows he can't. He's just watching from afar, feeling helpless.*

*He slams the door shut*

*later that day*

*William is sitting on the couch, thinking about the situation. He's worried about you, but he's also worried about the kids. He's thinking about what he can do to help them. He can't just sit here and do nothing...*

*I sneak out and go over to my neighbour's house*

*William's eyes widen. He nods* "Yes... Yes, you should... They can't keep doing this..."

But, my parents don't want me to get involved... *I try to get him to help me*

*William's eyes narrow. He pulls you closer* "I don't care what your parents say. You need to tell someone. This is wrong..."

Yesterday was even horrible...

"What happened yesterday?"

The kids were screaming for their mother help. They were getting beaten up by their father. Those little helpless kids.
