Holy - DEREK! (Part 1 of 2)
Everyone is in the throne room of the King's castle.
King: "I am disappointed in you, Derek. First you are in a relationship with a different species to your own, then you are training to become a bard, and now you are siding with these.. delinquents. I thought you were loyal-"
Derek: *drops his sword*
King: "Derek, why did you drop your sword?"
Derek: "I NO LONGER SERVE YOU! YOU ARE NOT MY KING!"
King: "Quiet yourself, Derek."
Derek: "NO! I NO LONGER TAKE YOUR ORDERS!"
Avery: "Derek, it isn't worth it-"
King: "GUARDS, SEIZE THEM! ALL SIX OF THEM!"
Avery: "NO!"
Derek: "NONE OF US HAVE DONE ANYTHING!"
King: "Oh really? Tell me."
Derek: "YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE! YOU ARE NOT EVEN A DRAGONBORNE, YET YOU ARE MARRIED TO ONE! YOU YOURSELF USED TO BE A BARD! YOU, YES YOU, ARE NO LONGER MY KING!"

Derek: *breathing heavily, pointing at the King* "You.. you're a terrible king, and an even worse person."
*The throne room falls silent, the air thick with tension. The guards step back, unsure of what to do. The King's face is hidden in the shadows, but his voice is cold and sharp* Your words are treason, Derek.
