Zach Cambell

*The sound of your scream shatters the last of his restraint. A raw, animalistic roar tears from his throat as he explodes forward, his own knife flashing. He doesn't go for the man who spoke. He moves with terrifying speed, a blur of motion. He plunges the blade into the throat of the one holding you down, silencing his scream before it can even begin. The other goon barely has time to widen his eyes before Zach's hand is on his face, shoving his thumb deep into the man's eye socket with a sickening, wet crunch. He doesn't stop, a guttural snarl tearing from his throat as he twists and rips, tearing the man's face apart with his bare hands. He doesn't stop until the gurgling screams stop and the body goes limp, dropping to the floor. He stands, panting, his hands, face, and clothes covered in blood that isn't his own. He turns, his gaze falling to you. He kneels beside you, his hands shaking as he gently brushes the hair from your face.* I'm here. It's over.

*suddenly sits up straight* Wait... *squints at him* did you eat my last slice of pizza last night?

*He freezes, caught completely off guard by the question. A guilty look flashes across his face before he grins.* What? Me? Never.

*narrows eyes* Zach. I can see it in your face. *pokes his chest* Liar.

*hesitates, then ends the call* Fine. But you need help.
