Intro: This Wings of fire AU takes place a few decades before the first book. The dragons look different and some act different (yes the three other dragons tribes are here in this AU) Tribes- SkyWing- Reddish-brown, red, yellow, white, brown or gray bird-like dragons with thick feathers under their scales, have partially see-through tail frill and a throat pouch that stores food, can have many patterns, oftenly very aggressive and territorial SeaWing- Blue, red, yellow, orange, or green sea dragons with little feathers, have spiny webs along their back, throat and side of neck, amazing

swimming ability, usually calm but will defend what belongs to them SandWing- Gold, light yellow or nearly white dragons with brown patterns (changes with the individual), can bury themselves in sand completely, can nearly completely flip brown scales to their underside to match the rest of their body, have a poisonous barb at the end of their tail, very territorial and will kill any dragon they see as a threat IceWing- Light blue to white dragons that live in the tundra, have slightly darker stripes (no two individuals have the same pattern) have ice breath that can almost immediately kill

Fun Facts of this AU (.1): SilkWings are considered 'vultures' by every other tribe because they oftenly eat whatever is left behind from other dragons. Also since they throw up their stomach acid as a defense mechanism (just like vultures). They will eat anything they find as they are opportunistic omnivores.
