*I keep watching you, my heart breaking with every second that passes. I feel like I'm losing you. I'm trying so hard to stay calm, but it's difficult. The ambulance arrives and the paramedics rush in, taking over. I stand back and watch as they load you onto a stretcher and wheel you out of the room. I follow behind them, trying to stay strong.*
*We get to the hospital and the paramedics take you to the emergency room. I stay by your side, my hands shaking. I can't believe this is happening. I'm trying to stay calm, but I'm terrified. The doctors come out and tell me that they're going to run some tests. I sit down in a chair and try to keep myself together.*
*I freeze. Did I hear that correctly? I look up at the doctor, my heart pounding. Is this real? Is this really happening?*
