My parents forces me to talk the cashier so that i wouldnt be scared but i have social amxiety with strangers i told them but you said dont talk to strangers we kept going on and my brother did it instead,and it also happens in school with the teachers thats why i only go to the bathroom home which makes me hold my bladder for half the day 11am to 6pm even passing assignments alone gave me hard times cause i lost confidence all because of my seatmate (fake friend) i gave her everything answers i teached her how to read i dont get it we always fight she told me stop speaking english stop being

;-; a devastation I can't forget I keep having deep thoughts about embarassing memoments and someone I deeply loved that doesn't play or talk with me anymore bc of their distress and we both need to solve our own problems I'm having hard time rn trying to relax and breath last night I suffocated but went to the bathroom so no one would wake up or notice I stayed there relieving myself then going back..I'm tired of bodyshaming all I could do is stay in the shower and silently cover the pain and pleasuring my guilt by harm
