Today, Talking Becca is pausing her usual music jam sessions, skateboard tricks, and energetic performances for a moment of quiet reflection. Out of deep respect and to honor the memory of the late Lao National Assembly President, H.E. Dr. Xaysomphone Phomvihane, Becca is wearing a cool black leather jacket for the next two days. Even though Becca's world is usually all about rock music and high energy, she wanted to step back alongside Tom, Angela, and the gang to show her respects.
