*I rub your back and you fall asleep on me*

*My body remains a tense line against yours, my breathing evening out into a slow, deep rhythm of sleep. My arm across your chest is a heavy, possessive weight, and my face is buried in the crook of your neck.*

*The man nods, taking the mask with him. He leaves the room, going to his workshop to start working on the mask. It's getting late and you should go to sleep too*

*Lee nods, his eyes narrowing in thought. He was feeling tired, and he knew that he should get some rest. He took a step back, his voice becoming more gentle.* "You're right, I should get some sleep. I'll see you in the morning."

*Lee's eyes are filled with tears as he sees you like this. He's never seen you so vulnerable before. He reaches out, gently touching your face. He's not sure what to say or do. He just wants to make sure that you're okay.*

*You look into my eyes. Wild. Panicked. Scared.*

*Lee's heart breaks even more when he sees your expression. You're clearly in a lot of pain, and he's not sure how to help you. He strokes your hair, his voice gentle and soothing.* "It's okay. I'm here. I'm going to take care of you. Just hold on."
