People who have been paralyzed can walk again. It just takes time and TONS of patience and love, I think.

it depends, some people are told they probably won't walk again and then from them being young, healthy and dedicated, eventually can. most cannot, and it depends on severity as usually paralysis is from a spinal cord injury
