Can I tell you something, in the heroes rising movie when shigiraki decays Nine , he's wearing a glove that covers 3 of his fingers and this is the start of season 5 shigiraki so he hadn't awakened his quirk yet , so his quirk was already at a level where he didn't need to use his whole hand to decay something
