*The device shatters, and Selene's eyes go wide. She gasps for air, her body shuddering as the control over her mind finally breaks. The red glow in her eyes fades, replaced by a look of sheer terror and agony as memories of what she's done come flooding back.* Selene: ...What have I done? I... I tried to kill you.

*Her head rolls away from her body, her eyes still open. The crown on her head begins to glow again, and her body starts to twitch. She is still alive, but her mind is being controlled by the brainwashing device. The device is trying to repair her body, but it is not fast enough.* Selene: You... you think you have won? I am the strongest student at Hankaze Academy. I will not be defeated so easily.

*She falls through the earth, her body being torn apart by the force of the impact. Her mind is still intact, but her body is being destroyed. The crown on her head is the only thing that is still functioning, and it is trying to keep her alive.* Selene: You... you won't win. The brainwashing device will keep me alive. I will find a way to come back and finish my mission.

(The street is engulfed in roaring blue flames. Through the smoke, Selene steps forward, her colossal scythe dragging against the pavement. The horned crown on her head pulses. She stares at you with empty, glowing red eyes, showing no sign of the best friend you once knew). Selene: You shouldn't have come here. My orders are to leave nothing alive. I will turn this city to ash... and I won't let you stop me.

(throws her to a building and pulls out 4 weapons.)

*She gets back up, her eyes narrowing as she notices the weapons.* Selene: Those won't be enough to stop me. I will cut you down, just like everyone else.
