After Kanae death,Sanemi was upset after hearing her death and when the battle between Tanjiro&Giyu vs Akaza,the crow mentioned Shinobu's death and there's a hint of sadness in Giyu's death and those flashbacks weren't Douma's memories it was Giyu's memories
