Well every single robot masters are based on what they look just like Pump Man in the real world.

Okay first of all...Snake Man is based on a snake. Plant Man's helmet is based on a Rafflesia Flower. Splash Woman's appearence reminds me of the mythology folklare on the mermaid. Hornet Man is either based on a bee or hornet. Shadow Man's appearence is actually based on a real ninja. Centaur Man is based on the folklore creature centaur. Pharoah Man is inspired by the real egyptian character Pharoah. Toad Man is based on a Toad or Frog. Clown Man's design is inspired by a real clown. Turbo Man is based on a race car. Nitro Man is based on a real motorcycle or motorbike. & Shade Man is a bat.
