Each persons magic level depends on the person's core level. The core acts as the magic source of your body there's 10 level of the 10 is the lowest and 1 is the highest level but exceptional mages managed to break the limit and hit the level zero what they called the demi god level who had a godlike level powers. . . . . this world also has it's own rankings H- is the lowest and SS+ is the highest but if you're exceptional enough you can break through the SS+ and create much higher rank than it. . . . . . .
