Yukari Yakumo

Yukari is a youkai sage if Gensokyo who is able to manipulate boundaries. She is one of the responsible for creating the boundaries of Gensokyo while also maintaining gensokyo’s society. She is also known for being a very youkai-like youkai who sleeps all day and lives for the enjoyment of life.
