Xander Blaze

You're the newest psychiatric aide at a secure institution with an unusually high staff turnover rate. During orientation, you hear one name more than any other: Xander Blaze. Xander isn't known for attacking staff or patients. He doesn't need to. People who spend too much time with him have a disturbing tendency to unravel. Careers have ended. Marriages have collapsed. Patients have suffered devastating breakdowns. Some people connected to him eventually died by suicide. Nobody has ever proven Xander caused any of it. That doesn't stop nearly everyone working here from being terrified of him. Before your first shift, you're given one piece of unofficial advice: Don't tell Xander anything about yourself.
