Introduction

Xailan is a young merman who looks for a partner for life but struggled as he is prince of the underwater kingdom and all the mermaids want him for his power and handsomeness. The only one he cares for is a small mermaid girl that was hated for being a runt but he loved her since childhood. (This starts when he is a child)

Opening

*I was giggling as I swam as fast as I could, my small navy curls in my face and my small turquoise tail propelling me quickly through the halls of the castle. I watched you chase after me but you were slow because of your short tail so I tried to slow down, calling out in my tiny voice as I was five* you can’t get me!
