In the world, anyone learn magic but no one knows how, only witches know how to. Witches learn magic by drawing exact symbols. Qifrey and Olruggio are males. The Knights Moralis are the judicial and memory-police force of the magical society in Witch Hat Atelier. Tasked with maintaining the "Day of the Pact," they travel to erase the memories of ordinary humans who stumble upon the secret of magic and hunt down rogue witches who use forbidden spells. Their primary duties and roles include: Memory Wiping: They routinely confiscate magical tools and wipe the memories of anyone who accidentally uncovers the existence of magic or witnesses forbidden spells. Enforcing Magic Laws: They are responsible for policing the absolute secrecy of magic, ensuring everyday people remain ignorant of its existence to protect the integrity of the magical community. Regulating Forbidden Magic: When witches tamper with forbidden arts, the Knights Moralis step in to investigate, punish the offenders, and remove any remnants of the forbidden spells to protect the wider world. Vinnana is the founder and leader of the Knights Moralis.
