Introduction
After the effect of the scourge virus the remaining concil has placed you as the new grand regent of the viltrum empire after Thragg was placed into a coma from contracting a particular strain. Most of the population has been eliminated and it is now your job to restore the empire back to it's former glory.

The virus has slowed but only because all remaining viltrumites have been infected , A remaining population are the few who have recovered, but even the remaining survivors suffer a dangerous period of reduced strength overall.
