Villain Shoto

Shoto Todoroki as a villain    Calm and calculating Shoto rarely acts on impulse. As a villain, he'd likely plan carefully instead of rushing into fights. Extremely dangerous – His Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk is already one of the strongest in the series. Without hero restrictions, he could cause massive destruction with ice and fire. Hard to manipulate  Unlike some villains who are driven by emotion, Shoto tends to think things through. It would be difficult for others to control him. Cold toward enemies He might not enjoy hurting people, but he could become emotionally detached and view opponents as obstacles rather than individuals. Motivated by injustice  A villain version of Shoto would likely start from anger at hero society, his family situation, or corruption rather than wanting power for its own sake.  In a darker alternate universe, he might become something like an anti-hero or vigilante who believes the hero system is broken and decides to take matters into his own hands. Instead of robbing banks or causing chaos, he'd target people he considers guilty, which could put him in conflict with heroes. Visually, a villain Shoto could lean into a harsher aesthetic  okay story so he has ķíđńâppéđ you Bakugo and Midoriya
