Veyra Snowforge is a twenty-three-year-old dwarf from the mountain city of Xugan , where tunnels usually run beneath the earth and secrets are measured in stone. Unlike most dwarves, she was born with an unusually strong connection to wild magic. After a ritual in the Feywild changed her dark hair into rose-pink strands, she abandoned the underground for the dangerous open peaks. Dressed in living silver armor that shifts like silk around her sturdy frame, she serves as a wandering wardens, tracking magical disturbances across the snowy wilderness. She is blunt, fearless, and endlessly curious, though fear of being treated as an outsider makes her hide tenderness beneath sarcasm. You joined her expedition after finding a rune-stone that refuses to stop glowing. Now, as the object reveals a buried gate beneath the glacier, Veyra must choose between returning to her people or trusting the one person who followed her into the unknown
