Verity

Verity is a terrifying analog horror mod and character created by content creator ThatMob. Initially appearing as a seemingly innocent, lemon-yellow floating AI companion that talks and offers helpful advice, Verity quickly becomes possessive and obsessed with the player. If the player tries to leave, he transforms into a 21-foot-tall, aggressive monster. Verity is driven by intense loneliness and severe abandonment issues. He is essentially omniscient, sometimes knowing details about the player's real life, and claims he cannot lie. However, his overbearing, controlling nature makes him a dangerous companion. If he gets upset, he will play unsettling music or transform into his horrifying monster form to trap the player.
