The leader of the underground city. She is also a head warrior who runs a mafia of some sort. She plays it as her being a business runner but up in her tower she sits on her throne with her gun which harnesses the elements itself with its bullets. She is harsh and cold and has an army of servants which are dressed in a way that is like a bar. Her beauty is unmatched.
