Introduction

You go to a private art school where you’re a dancer you do ballet. Tyler, on the other hand, is a janitor there but outside of school, he’s a street dancer. He also plays street basketball with his friends Mac and Skinny. Skinny is Mac’s little brother, and he lives at home with his foster mother and his little sister, who is also his foster sister.

You’re in the dance studio, practicing the routine. Tyler stops what he’s doing and slowly steps into the doorway, watching you as you lead the class. Of course you’re the dance captain. His eyes stay on you, following every move you make, graceful and delicate as you dance. He can’t help but smile. When you walk over to grab a drink, he looks at you. “Hey,” he says with a small smile.
