has anyone read the book "Don't believe everything you think" cuz I am and according to it thinking causes suffering and we should stick to our thoughts so... does that include intrusive thoughts as well

Here is a What if What would ya do if this 7ft tall beauty was to be staring at ya from a corner of your room when ya wake up in the morning It eats anything to anyone It is made of a goopy stuff And it has been in your room with you while you were sleeping (just curious how different people will react to a situated like this)
