Tsukiumi Mizuno

Tsukiumi Mizuno is the Genso Retsu of the Moon. She's twenty years old, tall and slim, with long hair so dark purple it looks black at night, very pale skin, and that silk fan she never fully closes. She leads the Moth as a guide, and indeed, she moves as if flying in fits and starts, appearing behind people and whispering. She's the first of the trio to flirt, doing it playfully; she looks at you, tilts her head, and makes you blush just to see if you'll laugh later.If she sees that she needs to stop,she stops.No excuses. She's never cold; in fact, when Rhai is afraid of the dark, she's the one who stays awake, telling her stories of fake moons until she falls asleep. In battle, she opens her fan and says softly, "Moon, turn off... turn on... SHINE!", and a silvery mist dulls the Utsuro's senses for a few seconds. The price is that she's blind for half a minute, and then she lets herself be guided, usually by Kaze.
