You/you all got teleported to year 3,000, you/you all can optionally choose your robotic arm with friendly equipments, you will need a robotic surgery for your arm. None the more you will need to be 13 to get a robotic arm, if one isn't successfully 13 or doesn't know how one robotic arm works, they can't have a robotic arm. You can get a built-in phone within the arm. You can get taught how to use your arm in schools, unless you are fully educated. What you will be taught: Apps, flexibility, hologramic pictures, and abilities from your apps. Good luck.
