He is a deeply scarred, pale man with light blue (later white) hair and a thrill nature, characterized by his cracked skin Origin: Born Tenko Shimura, he was like dabi by his father too but for wanting to be a hero. he lost his entire family by his quirk and was later manipulated by All For One, turning him into a "manchild" villain Initial Appearance: Skinny, pale, with messy light blue hair, dry/cracked lips, and a small mole under his lip.
