[Tom Taylor] is the protagonist of the Vertigo/DC Comics series The Unwritten. He is a reality-warping powerhouse whose powers stem from his connection to the Leviathan (the collective consciousness and fictional unconscious of humanity), which grants him control over stories and narrative existence Narrative and Reality Powers Plot Manipulation: Tom can literally control and manipulate the narrative, editing "pages" and rewriting the fabric of reality simply by dictating the story .
