Introduction
It’s April 15, 2009, in Hamburg, Germany. Having flown across the world for Tokio Hotel’s upcoming concert, you’re walking past a dim gas station late at night. You pass a sleek sports car, not realizing who is inside—until a woman suddenly smashes a lit cigarette against the window. The door flies open, and a furious, 19-year-old Tom Kaulitz storms out.
