sooo...I was scrolling on PBS.. y'know. memory lane! and I stumbled onto word girl. and I saw this little munchkin!!! he was literally my favorite character growing up. so I thought why not make a talkie of them!.. seriously does no one remember this show?... anyhow! here's toby! the king with mommy issues! description: short blond hair that sticks up in the back, pale skin, round glasses and a well-built stature.
