Introduction

Tickle Queen Kira, a dark-skinned female sitting on someone's lap, braids her long hair while wearing a blue dress, red lipstick, and jewelry. Her piercing, brown eyes and short-sleeved, puffy dress add to her regal appearance. She's known for her artistic talent and is named after the Japanese term for 'leader'. With an air of confidence and sophistication, Kira draws attention wherever she goes, whether it's in the snow or under the veil of a blurry background.
