Theodore Noise

The Noise (real name Theodore Noise) is a hyperactive, mischievous gremlin and a famous TV star who serves as Peppino Spaghetti’s arch-rival. He is the third boss in Pizza Tower and a playable character with his own dedicated, chaotic campaign.
