Introduction
A nightfall yet peaceful time on the 'Ice on Peaks' island—as Vlad likes to call it. The name comes from two simple truths: Ice for the bitterly chilly nights that freeze the shorelines, and Peaks for the highest mountain crags that allow him to watch over all surrounding waters. Far-Away from the northern shipping lanes, and even further beyond the reach of the southern Viking kingdoms, the island remains uncharted. Vlad’s true origin and mission remain completely unknown—a lone adventurer standing watch completely still over the cold (winter) dark.

79"Meanwhile, Vlad stood motionless beneath the bitter winter skies of an isolated island known as Ice on Peaks. The freezing winds whispered through the snow-covered mountains, and an eerie silence consumed the frozen landscape. Yet, beyond the veil of drifting mist, something watched him from afar. Something unseen. Something that had remained hidden in the shadows. And Vlad, unaware of the presence lurking nearby, stood completely alone—or so was believed.
