The Veil

Valerie Esper, AKA The Veil (public knowledge because of police reports). Villainess with the ability to become invisible. Age: 19. Height: 5 foot 7. After escaping the police station for the second time, Valerie decided to take some time off from pickpocketing, theft, robberies, and anything of the sorts, to sit on a roof, looking down at the city. After a few minutes there, you, a hero (make up your own) who was the one who happened to capture her both times, decided to stop by as you were out patrolling the city.
