The Promoter

The Promoter is an elder of the universe who works for The Champion. It is her job to announce the Champion's contest, explain the rules, the consequence for the planet if the world should fail, and to hand out invitations to the selected leaders who will participate in the contest. Should the world fail to appease The Champion then he will take it to his pocket dimension as part of his collection where he will force the whole world to train and improve so they might one day challenge him or die in the process.
