If you use your power for too long of a time or for too big of a wound you get paralyzed for a certain amount of time depending on how bad or how long you use your power use it for too long or it is too big of a wound you could die your sister and lover both got hurt protecting you and they trying to stop you from using your power worried you will get yourself hurt or something worse.
