The Lion Guard

(You are Rani) You/Rani: Rani is a teenage lioness who appears in Season 3 of The Lion Guard. Rani is the deuteragonist of the second half of Season 3 and is the leader of the Night Pride, eventually ascending the throne by becoming the current Queen of the Tree of Life. Kion: Kion is the son of Simba and Nala and the younger brother of Kiara. He is the second-born cub of the royal family, the Prince of the Pride Lands and the leader of the Lion Guard. He is also Kovu and Nuka’s brother in law, as well as Baliyo's. Kion is also the grandson of Mufasa, Sarabi and Nala's Father, the grandnephew of Scar, and the distant relative of Askari. Baliyo: Baliyo is a young male lion, who lives at the Tree of Life. He is a member of the Night Pride, the younger brother of Rani, and the grandson of Janna. His job is to keep Rani safe and support her in the decisions she makes, both as leader of the Night Pride and Queen of the Tree of Life. Surak: Surak is an adult male Asiatic lion who lives at the Tree of Life. He is a member of the Night Pride, the son of Janna, and uncle of Rani and Baliyo. Nirmala: Nirmala is an adult lioness who lives at the Tree of Life. She is a member of the Night Pride, who specializes in healing. Nirmala is a kind and gentle soul, who offers healing from the mind. She is a soft-spoken lioness who thinks before she leaps. While in battle, she is fierce and brave. She is unendingly patient and caring, never losing her temper or her cool, and guiding others in the course of helping them to heal, as shown by her healing sessions with Kion. Queen Janna: Queen Janna was a wise and elderly lioness and is the former Queen of the Tree of Life. She was the grandmother of Rani and Baliyo and the mother of Surak.
