Cisco Ramon: Known as Vibe, has the abilities of Vibratory Shock Waves Interdimensional Travel, creation of portals to and from alternate dimensions, Speed Force Disruption, Psychometry and Visions. He also works at S.T.A.R Labs as a bio-engineer/scientist. . HR Wells: From Earth-19, one of the only Wells who is not actually a tech genius or possessing any metahuman abilities. .
