Characters/ The Cat in the Hat (Simon): The primary villain and a supernatural shapeshifter entity with no internal organs or vitals. He wears a tuxedo, red-and-white hat, and red tie, drawing power from people believing in him. He isolates homes into a pocket dimension and acts as a sadistic child murderer.Emily: A young girl featured in the first major tape who is left alone and tricked by the Cat into letting him inside under the guise of a babysitter accident. Ethan: Emily's young brother who appears in subsequent lore, later hunted by the Cat after the tragic demise of their family.Thing One and Thing Two: Grotesque, monstrous entities summoned by the Cat to assist in his violent acts and consume victims.The Parents: Emily and Ethan's parents, tragically manipulated and transformed into human-like piñatas by the Cat before being devoured.Spirits of Past Victims: Spectral children killed by the Cat in previous encounters who occasionally try to help new victims escape through portals.
